k8k8 Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use Agreement

1 Age Restriction

The k8k8 platform is for players aged 21+ only. No one under 21 may register an account, make a deposit, or play. k8k8 may verify a player's age at any time, and any account that fails to pass verification may be suspended.

2 Regional Restrictions

Players are responsible for checking that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their country of residence. k8k8 reserves the right to block access for players from regions where it is prohibited by law.

3 Individual Personal Accounts

Each player may only open one account. If duplicate accounts are found sharing the same phone number, IP address, KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay / CB Pay account, or deposit card number, those accounts may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

1 Registration and Identity Verification

Players must provide accurate information at the time of registration and must submit personal identification documents whenever k8k8 requests them. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

2 Password Security

Your account password must be kept strictly private and must not be shared with any third party. Keeping your account secure is your own responsibility. If you detect any unauthorised access, you must contact [email protected] immediately.

3 Account Suspension

k8k8 may suspend a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these terms and conditions is detected
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is found
• If abnormal betting patterns or bonus abuse are detected
• If there is suspicion of money laundering

1 Deposit Methods

At k8k8, you can deposit in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks, and the transaction must be completed directly through your payment app (KBZPay app / Wave Money app / AYA Pay / CB Pay).

2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks, and withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to deposit.

• Identity verification may be requested to process withdrawals
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met
• Maximum withdrawal limits may vary depending on your VIP level as set by k8k8

3 Financial Verification

k8k8 may review any deposit or withdrawal without prior notice and may place a hold on transactions if they are suspected to be linked to fraud or money laundering. Funds may be delayed during such reviews, and k8k8 is not liable for any delays caused by this process.

1 Welcome Bonus

k8k8 offers a 150% bonus on your first deposit — up to 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount.

Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks; wagering = 30,000 × 25 = 750,000 Ks must be wagered.

Example — deposit 680,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving a balance of 1,180,000 Ks; wagering = 500,000 × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks must be wagered.

2 Bonus Abuse Prevention

If a player uses bonuses in a deliberate scheme — such as arbitrage, hedge betting, or any method designed to cancel out a bonus — k8k8 may void the bonus and cancel any winnings obtained through that method.

3 Changes to Bonus Offers

k8k8 may modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. It is the player's own responsibility to check the specific terms of each bonus offer.

4 Referral Program

Anyone who refers a friend to k8k8 will receive 5% of that friend's first deposit as a bonus (up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per person), plus 0.2% of their valid bets as a weekly referral commission. This Referral Program is also subject to the terms set out in this agreement.

1 Gaming Limits

k8k8 provides tools that allow players to request deposit limits, gaming limits, or account restrictions themselves. This can be done through 24/7 Live Chat.

2 Self-Exclusion

A player may request to close their own account immediately or for a set period. For self-exclusion matters, contact [email protected].

3 Child Protection

To protect those under 21, players must ensure their account cannot be accessed by children or young people. If there is any risk of a minor accessing the account, notify k8k8 immediately and close the account.

1 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, images, logos, and trademarks on the k8k8 website are the property of k8k8. Copying, distributing, or reproducing any of them without k8k8's permission is not allowed.

2 Prohibited Actions

Players must not do any of the following:

• Using the platform for fraudulent activity
• Using a bot or automated program to play
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Disrupting the server or network
• Harassing other players or staff

3 Modifications

k8k8 may suspend or modify the platform at any time. k8k8 will not be responsible for any gaming losses or bonus losses that result from this.

3 Limitation of Liability

k8k8 will not be directly or indirectly liable for any losses, damages, or game losses resulting from downtime, technical issues, or external causes.
